＊ こちらの輪宝文 蕎麦猪口は、おかげさまで売り切れとなりました。有り難うございました。 本体価格：¥12,000- ＜古伊万里 染付 輪宝文 蕎麦猪口＞ 時　代：江戸中期、明和～寛政年間、1770 -1790年代 サイズ：口径 7.5cm　底径 5.6cm　高さ 6.5cm 状　態： 上段、左から２番目の画像でお判りでしょうが、細かいソバカスがこの部分に集中して出ています。瓔珞のような下に垂れ下がったものの４つ分のエリアに相当します。側面周囲にはこの瓔珞が全部で１６個ありますから、側面エリアの凡そ４分の１ということになります。上面画像では、３つのソバカスがはっきり見て取れます。そのうち、見込みの一番下のものは薄い顔料呉須のように見受けられます。側面のところどころに細かいソバカスが見られますが、ホツやニュウのない完品です。 この蕎麦猪口の文様には二通りの理解があるようです。一つは『輪宝文：りんぽうもん』、もう一つは『瓔珞文：ようらくもん』です。 「輪宝」とは、あまり聞き慣れない言葉ですが、密教で用いられる法具の一種で、もともとは古代インドの打擲（ちょうちゃく= 拳や棒でなぐること、打ちたたくこと）武器だったらしいです。形としては、船の舵のような車輪の形を思い浮かべるとよいかもしれません。それがデザイン化され、蕎麦猪口の意匠として連続模様になったというのが『輪宝文派』の理解。 その一方で、この蕎麦猪口の文様を瓔珞文（ようらくもん）と捉えている『瓔珞文派』も多いようです。上方から垂れ下がるペンダントのようなものが、視覚的に瓔珞（ようらく＝金や銀、珠玉などに糸を通して首、胸、腕などに付けた装身具）に見えるからでしょう。伊万里丸は、近年の刊行物に従い、便宜上「輪宝文」としていますが、さて、あなたは輪宝文か、瓔珞文か、どちらで理解されているでしょうか。 161 Rimpoh Pattern Sobachoko, Koimari Sometsuke Period: Mid to Late18th Century, Edo Period Condition: As the second picture from the left shows, there are a lot of very tiny freckles concentrated in the area under four hanging-down pendants. There are sixteen of them all together around the body, so the area is about a quarter of it. As the fourth picture taken from above shows, three dots are clearly seen. The one on the bottom below seems to be a thin freckle of the Gosu pigment, and the others are freckles of iron appeared during its firing. No cracks or chips. Dia.: 7.5cm (top), 5.6cm (bot.) Hgt.: 6.5cm There are two ways of understanding about the pattern on this Sobachoko. One is the "Rimpoh pattern", and the other one is the "Yohraku pattern". The term, "Rimpoh" is not very much heard of. Originally, it was a thrashing weapon used in ancient India. Esoteric Buddhism took it in as their religious implements. As for the shape, it might be suitable to imagine steering-wheel for ship. Rimpoh motif was designed into that figure, and its repetitious patten was applied on Sobachoko in Hizen region. This is how the Rimpoh people understand the pattern. On the other hand, there are quite a bit of people who insist that the pattern should be called "Yohraku-mon". Yohraku originated from India. That denotes the jewelry laced up with gold, silver and/or gems, and worn by high-class men and women in India. The objects hanging down in the pattern look like Yohraku jewelry. That is the main reason. Imarimaru expediently adopts "Rimpo-mon" in accordance with recent publications on Koimar Sobachoko.
